What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 4:00pm and check-out is by 10:00am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability.

Is parking available at the property?

Yes, there is parking for one car on the driveway. Previous guests have managed to fit two small cars. Additional street parking is available nearby, as well as public car parks within walking distance.

Are pets allowed?

We welcome well-behaved dogs, with a £50 fee per stay. Please ensure you select the dog option when booking. We allow a maximum of 2 dogs per booking. Please review our Pet Rules before your stay.

Is the property suitable for guests with limited mobility?

The house spans three floors and includes multiple staircases, so unfortunately it is not suitable for guests with mobility issues.

Do you allow smoking?

No. This is a non-smoking property, including vaping and e-cigarettes. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the house.

What happens if there is damage during our stay?

Guests are liable for any damages beyond normal wear and tear. By booking, you agree to cover the cost of repairs or replacements for any excessive damage. This is outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

How do we check in?

We love to welcome guests in person whenever possible. However, if we’re unable to meet you, contactless via a key safe, and the code will be sent prior to your stay. A welcome book is provided in the house with all the information you’ll need during your stay.

How many guests can stay at the property?

Orme Tram View comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests across 6 bedrooms. This includes a mix of double beds, twin beds, and a futon in the snug room.
